Monthly PTA Meetings
1st Tuesday of Each Month During the School Year
Proctor Cafeteria ~ 6:30 - 8 pm
Dinner & Child Care will be provided. Children must be potty trained.
Voting and discussion is limited to members present in person, but the meeting can be watched online.
Scholastic Book Fair & Halloween Costume Exchange-Friday 9/27, 12:30-4pm *Saturday 9/28, 9-4pm
This year, we also have Alameda County's Bike Mobile coming on Friday, so bring your bikes for repair and tune ups as well! They will be there Friday from 1:30-4. On Saturday, we will have our annual costume exchange from 9am-4pm. Lots to experience and enjoy, please join us!
On Saturday we’ll also host a Halloween Costume Exchange. Bring your gently used Halloween costumes and swap them for another one! (Note: there will be no costume exchange on Friday, but you can drop costumes at the book fair if you are not planning on attending on Saturday.

Show your Proctor Pride with Spirit Wear!
Now is a great time to show off your Proctor Spirit with our new spirit wear! You can purchase items at any time before August 18 and they will be delivered to your child's classroom a few weeks later. You also have the option to have them shipped directly to your home.

Food Distribution
PTA has partnered with our local food bank to have a food drive at our campus. The following are the dates that food will be distributed at the Proctor parking lot. It begins at 4pm and ends at 6pm or until food runs out. We have drive-through and walk up.
