Proctor Cafeteria ~ 6:30 - 8 pm
Dinner & Child Care will be provided. Children must be potty trained.

Voting and discussion is limited to members present in person, but the meeting can be watched online.

Volunteers Needed!
Dear Proctor Families:
We are getting ready for the Spring Scholastic Book Fair and need your help! The book fair is an amazing event at Proctor—especially for our fifth graders, for whom volunteering at their last fair is special and bittersweet. Please help us make it a success! Volunteering is easy, fun, and incredibly rewarding. Last Fall, the school earned more than $6,000 in Scholastic Dollars. Let’s do it again!

Food Distribution
PTA has partnered with our local food bank to have a food drive at our campus. The following are the dates that food will be distributed at the Proctor parking lot. It begins at 4pm. We have drive through and walk up.

School Supply Kits 23/24
PTA has partnered with the Proctor teaching team to finalize back to school supply lists for 23/24. Families can order preset kits containing all the items teachers requested. 10% of sales come back to Proctor PTA. Kits can be ordered now and will be delivered to your home before school starts in August. Click here to start shopping. Support Proctor Staff with Monthly Lunches!
