Bi-Weekly PTA Food Distribution

Food distribution happens every other Tuesday at 4:00pm in the large Proctor parking lot (see map).

In partnership with Dig Deep Farms, the Deputy Sheriff's Activities League (DSAL) and Hope for the Heart, the Proctor PTA Executive Board began distributing food to the Proctor Community late June 2020. We have been blessed with volunteers from our teachers to Proctor parents and students. In less than 50 days we have distributed over 1,500 boxes/bags of produce, dairy and pantry stable groceries.

Food Distribution VolunteersPlease review the available slots below and click on the button to sign up. Volunteering includes bagging dry goods, handing out food to cars and walk ups, and clean up. All elementary aged students need to be accompanied by an adult. Please email fooddistribution@proctorpta.net with any questions. Thanks.

Anyone can line up and grab food — Ranging from Proctor families to other CVUSD families to families/the wider East Bay Community.

All are welcome! And you don’t necessarily need to be on EBT to qualify. Food Distribution operates on the honor system for those that come to pick up food.

There are two methods: via Walk-up (use the sidewalk) and via Drive-through (use the parking lot)

Items included: Bags of fresh fruits and veggies, Perishable "special item" which can be: milk, coffee, bread, or eggs (not guaranteed every time), and Bags of non-perishable groceries.
